
President/CEO
Joseph Glassman is the second generation owner of what is now Glassman Corporation. He joined the family business in 1974. Some 35 years later, he continues to carry on Glassman Corporation’s long-time mission: to serve the customer first and foremost without question.
Joseph attended Fort Hays State University, Hays, Kansas and Regis University, Denver, Colorado, then went on to complete Carrier Corporation's Advanced Engineering Training in Syracuse, New York. He is Block Certified as Master Plumber and Master Mechanical in Kansas. He holds a Master Mechanical in Kansas City, Missouri; State of Oklahoma, State of Texas; and Omaha, Nebraska.
He is a member of ASHRAE and currently chairs the Kansas Post Secondary Technical Education Authority for the Kansas Board of Regents. He is a member of the Kansas Vo-Tech Commission. He has served in various capacities for state, local and private industry, civic, education and religious organizations including Associated General Contractors of Kansas, the Kansas Water Authority, the Salina Vo-Tech Advisory Board, two terms on the Hays City Commission, Rotary Club and the Finance Council for his church.

Director of Operations
For 30 years, Dave Rupp has managed the day-to-day operations of the company, overseeing all jobs. He holds Oklahoma and Kansas Journeymen Mechanical Licenses, and the Type 1 and Type 2 Refrigerant License. He is also Carrier© certified in Applied Electrical, Basic Refrigeration, and Reciprocating Liquid Chillers.
He has served on the Salina Vo-Tec Advisory Board and the Hays Trades Board.
He received military police training while in the United States Army, is certified in CPR and First Aid, and holds leadership positions within the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
VP of Construction Services
Curtis manages the in-house duties of project management, bidding and the complete management of contract administration and paperwork on all projects. He joined Glassman Corporation in 1988.
He is a graduate of the North Central Kansas Area Vocational Technical School with a two-year degree in Marketing and Mid-Management. He has held a board position on the Specialty Contractors Group for Associated General Contractors of Kansas.
He has served in various civic and community positions in his hometown of Victoria, Kansas, including Mayor.
Christy PhliegerChief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Christy oversees Accounts Payable/Receivable, all financial reporting duties, and Human Resources responsibilities. She has been a member of the Glassman team for the past five years.
She earned a BA and MBA in Accounting from Fort Hays State University and has completed numerous continuing education courses, including Unified Group's Service Coordinator's Forum, Safety Consulting, Inc.'s Construction Safety; Carrier University's Business Dollars & Sense; AGC of Kansas' Drug Incident Risk Management for Construction Professionals; and the Kansas Department of Revenue's Sales and Use Tax Seminars.
Christy is a Kansas Notary Public, and a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services and the Construction Financial Management Association.
Dave StoeckleinDirector of Purchasing
All plumbing and HVAC equipment and parts are purchased through Dave Stoecklein who has been with Glassman Corporation for 12 years. He maintains inventory control over Glassman's multiple warehouses, and coordinates equipment and materials delivery on projects.
He is certified in General Safety, Forklift Operation, Trac Pipe, Gastite, Parker Gas Pip, Zurn Valves, and Geothermal.
Senior Service Engineer
As Senior Service Engineer for Glassman Corporation, Darrell Auburg supervises a crew of more than 15 service technicians. He is responsible for scheduling the service and maintenance work for Glassman customers, as well as for Glassman's own commercial equipment.
He is a licensed Journeyman in both Kansas and Oklahoma. He joined Glassman Corporation 11 years ago.
Sales Engineer
Warren is responsible for sales of Commercial Service Agreements, Light and Heavy Commercial Equipment such as HVAC chillers, boilers, air handlers, furnaces, building management and zoning systems, and complete commercial geothermal systems, including both retrofit and new applications.
He joined Glassman Corporation in 1999 after working in industrial equipment and parts sales, and commercial and automotive part supplies. He also worked in commercial construction and is familiar with the construction trade and practices.
Warren is a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a BA in Industrial Technology/Education. He is an International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) Certified Installer and has earned OSHA Safety & Health Training certificates.
He is trained in geothermal service and sales. He is a member of IGSHPA and the Kansas Health Engineer Association.
Sales Engineer
Eber works in Sales and Marketing for Glassman Corporation in Residential and Light Commercial products and services. He is active in the local community as well as regional community and economic development organizations.
He is a Fort Hays State University graduate and is involved in its Alumni Association. He serves as an adjunct professor at the university.
A former Mayor of the City of Hays and City Commissioner, he continues to represent constituents as State Representative of the 111th House District where he advocates tirelessly for education issues.
He was named Hays Citizen of the Year in 2000 and received the All American Citizen Award in 2001.
Anthony GlassmanSales Engineer
Anthony is involved in Residential and Light Commercial Sales for both new construction and retrofit. He also has been trained in the sale of commercial service contracts, geothermal, duct work design and piping design.
Althoutg he has worked a variety of part-time construction jobs for Glassman Corporation, he joined the sales team full-time in September 2009.
He has been educated at Johnson County Community College, Fort Hays State University, and has completed the Carrier Sales Engineering Program.
Carrie LegleiterService Coordinator
Carrie is the front line between the customer and the service technicians. She takes all service calls and dispatches the technicians to the job site, whether residential or commercial. In that capacity, she monitors the company's GPS tracking system.
Her goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. She maintains records for service agreements, service jobs and product installation.
She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Fort Hays State University, and is a member of the Hays Area Young Professionals.
